NESHAMA MINYAN with Rabbi Lavey Derby and guests Second Saturday of the month (usually – check Calendar listings) 9:30 AM – Meditation 10:00 AM – Shabbat Service Nurture and enrich your soul with an introspective Shabbat morning prayer experience. The Neshama Minyan  includes the Shabbat morning service, Torah reading with group aliyot, teaching, and discussion. Neshama means soul, spirit, and breath. The leaders incorporate meditation, chanting, and spirited traditional melodies with opportunities for individual reflection, in a supportive communal atmosphere.  All are welcome.
