Tichon – Hebrew High School 8th – 12th Grade Being a Jew doesn’t end with your B’nai Mitzvah!! In fact, it’s just the beginning!  Tichon is our awesome high school program for 8th-12 graders. Our teens get together to chill and eat pizza, catch up with each other, and of course learn with each other every Tuesday night.  We have fun classes, serious classes, seriously fun classes, and everything in between.  At Tichon you can talk about Israeli comic books, Jewish graffiti art and whether you think you could do more good using the superpowers of flying or being invisible.  You can also talk about starting social action to help people in Darfur, the personal stories of local holocaust survivors, what modern Jewish philosophers have to say on the subject of G-d, and the latest advances in Jewish Technology.  We have something for everyone!  But most importantly we have a really warm and fun community of friends, who can’t wait to get here and see each other every week.  Plus, our teachers are amazing, and are constantly amazed by the thoughtful rich ideas of our teens. Don’t be shy, come check out what we are all about, we’d love to see you! Tichon is held Tuesday evenings from 6:45–8:30 pm.
